Welcome back to under 30 minute dinners! I love a good caesar salad with crunchy chickpeas and I decided to dress it up today in a tortilla and turn them into tacos. I personally think you can turn almost anything into a taco and it will taste delicious, these are no exception! It makes the salad more fun to eat! Enjoy!!

Ingredients

4 garlic cloves minced

garlic powder salt pepper

1 tsp mustard

2 hyphen 3 tsp caper brine juice juice in caper jar

salt/pepper to taste

1 can of chickpeas

1 hyphen 2 tbsp maple syrup

juice of 1 lemon

1/4 cup hummus

zest of 1/2 lemon

2 tsp capers chopped

1 hyphen 3 tbsp water to thin depending on desired consistency

romaine lettuce

tortillas i like riseandpuff

avocado

Instructions

Step 1

-rinse and drain your chickpeas and coat with garlic powder, salt, pepper

Step 2

-stick in the airfryer 400f for 15 minutes shaking 1/2 way through

Step 3

-make the caesar dressing and warm your tortillas. chop your romaine and avocado.

Step 4

-assemble your tacos by placing lettuce, avocado, airfried chickpeas, and dressing over your tortillas and enjoy!
