Enjoy the crunch. Taste the crunch. That’s the new slogan for these potato wedges, yep, I made a slogan for my recipe (I think it’s pretty cool, maybe it’ll catch on, it’s also definitely a rip off of Skittles “taste the rainbow,” but potatoes are in a totally different category than Skittles so I think it’s okay). The secret to the crisp is soaking your wedges in ice water for 30 minutes prior to cooking!

Ingredients

2 potatoes

1/2 tsp paprika

salt and pepper

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1 1/2 tbsp avocado oil

Instructions

Step 1

-cut the potatoes into wedges by slicing down the middle, then the middle again so they’re in quarters. put the pointy side up and slice in 1/2 until you get your desired width for your wedge

Step 2

-soak them in ice water for 30 minutes

Step 3

-pat dry then coat with oil and spices

Step 4

-stick in air fryer for 15min at 400f shaking part way through

Step 5

-enjoy!
