This is my vegan spin on the traditional greek tzatziki dip! It has a great amount of tang from the lemon, freshness from the cucumber, and creaminess from the non-dairy greek yogurt. This is a must try and great to bring to a potluck, it’s sure to be a crowd pleaser!

Ingredients

¼ cup fresh dill

1 ½ cups nondairy greek yogurt i used kitehillfoods but any nondairy greek yogurt will do

1 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves of garlic minced

½ cucumber grated

salt and pepper to taste

¼ ½ lemon juiced

Instructions

Step 1

-grate the cucumber (keep the skin on) and then strain the excess water out.

Step 2

-mince your garlic and chop the dill

Step 3

-combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and enjoy!

Step 4

Storage: it will last 5 days in the fridge, and it will thicken once you put it in the fridge!
