Ingredients
1 lemon zest
¼ cup spicy honey
fresh basil for garnish
½ cup olive oil
375 g ricotta
2 tsp minced garlic
1 loaf of sliced sourdough
1 punnet cherry tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
Combine the tomatoes, olive oil, garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper to a dish and roast for about 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Whip the ricotta and lemon zest in a food processor until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Spread the ricotta over the bread. top with tomatoes, honey and fresh basil.
