Ingredients
450 g digestive biscuits
1 tsp vanilla extract
½ cup butter melted
3 tbsp biscoff spread
¼ cup cream
1 kg cream cheese
¼ cup icing sugar
Instructions
Step 1
The base: blend biscuits in a food processor to form crumbs. mix with the melted butter until well combined and press an even amount into the bottom of each ramekin. place in the fridge while making the filling.
Step 2
The filling: beat together the rest of the ingredients until they are smooth and well incorporated. spoon large dollops of the filling into each ramekin and use a teaspoon to make the top nice and smooth. leave to set in the fridge for at least 5 hours.
