Ingredients
10g powered peanut butter or 1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp baking powder
40g oats or oat flour
1 tub caramel protein pudding or make your own healthy caramel by blending up 50g dates with peanut butter and pinch of salt
crushed peanuts
sweetener of choice
sweetener of choice
chopped chocolate
90ml soy milk or any other milk
pinch of salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
pinch of salt
Instructions
Step 1
-mix ingredients for the oats and add the batter to an oven safe baking dish
Step 2
-bake at 180 c for 25-30 minutes
Step 3
-let cool and top with caramel, peanut and chocolate
Step 4
-enjoy!!
