Ingredients
55g flour
150g skyr
pinch of salt
2 tbsp sparkling water
1 egg
1 tsp baking powder
sweetner of choice
Instructions
Step 1
-mix egg yolk, sparkling water and skyr with sweetener
Step 2
-add flour and mix
Step 3
-beat egg white and slowly fold in with rest
Step 4
-add 1 1/2 tbsp of pancake batter to a pan and flip when bubbles form
Step 5
-enjoy
