Ingredients
caramel peanut butter
1/2 tsp xanthan or guar gum
peanuts
250g yogurt
optionalsweetener of choice
1 mashed banana
chocolate
1 tsp maca optional but gives that caramel flavor
Instructions
Step 1
-mash banana
Step 2
-mix mashed banana, yogurt,maca and sweetener of choice+xanthan
Step 3
-add 1 1/2 tbsp of the mixture on parchment paper
Step 4
-add a stick in the middle and cover mit more of the mixture
Step 5
-garnish with peanuts
Step 6
-freeze for 50-60 minutes until firm and cover with melted chocolate
Step 7
-drizzle with peanut butter and enjoy!
