Ingredients

1 egg white

pinch of salt

1 tsp vanilla extract

30g oats

50ml almond milk

1 tbsp granulated sweetener i used stevia

15g protein powdervegan or casein

1 tsp baking powder

70g prozis caramel popcorn protein icecream

Instructions

Step 1

-mix all ingredients for the cookie and add to a skillet

Step 2

-top with some chocolate chips and bake at 180 c for 15-23 minutes( depending on how fudgy you like your cookie)
