Ingredients
sweetener of choice
1 tub200g cottage cheese or yogurtvegan yogurt
pinch of salt
1 tbsp peanut butter nut allergy use seed butter
Instructions
Step 1
-blend until smooth
Step 2
-add a 1 tbsp of caramel( i used a homemade sugar free one)
Step 3
-melt some dark chocolate and add onto the caramel
Step 4
-garnish with some peanuts
Step 5
-let chocolate harden and enjoy!
