Ingredients
40g corn starch
400g thick yogurt i used vegan
100g vegan cream cheese or regular
sweetener of choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 vanilla protein pudding
a ton of blueberries
Instructions
Step 1
-mix wet ingredients
Step 2
-add the corn starch and mix again
Step 3
-lastly add the blueberries and add the mixture to your dish of choice
Step 4
-garnish with more blueberries and bake at 180 c for 40-50 minutes depending on your oven
Step 5
-let cool and slice up !
