This is my go to breakfast!! These gluten free and vegan pancakes have only 6 ingredients and take 10 minutes to make. You need to try these as they are quick, simple, and delicious! I love adding fruit inside and topping with some fresh berries. Enjoy these fluffy pancakes!

Ingredients

1 tsp cinnamon

1 banana

toppings fresh fruit maple syrup nuts/granola

½ cup oat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

blueberries optional to add inside

1 ½ tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

Step 1

-mash the banana and combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Step 2

-heat up a skillet/pan with some avocado oil.

Step 3

-while you’re heating up your pan, let the mixture sit for 2-3 minutes

Step 4

-once the pan is warm, form pancakes, add in blueberries or chocolate chips. flip after 3-4 minutes. once done, top with toppings of your choice!
