Ingredients
3 tbsp cilantro freshly chopped
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 tsp salt add more to taste
3 hyphen 4 ripe avocados
2 limes juiced and zested
⅓ small onion diced finely
½ orange juiced and zested
Instructions
Step 1
-cut your avocado, onion, garlic, and cilantro
Step 2
-mash the avocados in a bowl to your desired consistency (i like small chunks but mostly creamy and smooth). then add the onion, garlic, cilantro, lime and orange juice, zest from limes and ½ orange, and salt to taste.
Step 3
-serve immediately and enjoy!

-for storage, put the guac in the fridge with plastic wrap right on the surface of the guac to best preserve the color. it’s best to eat right away if possible!
