Sometimes I’m just craving a piece of cake but don’t want a sugar crash after I eat it and I don’t want an entire cake... so I make this! It’s perfect for dessert or as a breakfast, which is my kind of recipe! Since this recipe only uses 1/2 a banana, TAG a friend in the comments and SEND this recipe to a friend you’d split a banana with to make 2 of these!

Ingredients

1/4 cup almond milk

1/2 cup oat flour blended oats

1 tbsp maple syrup

1/2 banana mashed

1/2 tsp baking powder

handful of chocolate chips

1 tsp vanilla

Step 1

-preheat the oven to 350f.

Step 2

-mash your 1/2 banana and mix with the rest of the ingredients. pour in an oiled ramekin (8 oz ideal) and bake for 25-30 minutes

-enjoy!!
