Ingredients

1 scoop salted caramel protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

2 tbsp milk

80g oat flour

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tbsp maple syrup

3 tbsp honey or maple syrup

30g ground cashews or peanuts

3 tbsp peanut butter

salt

200g dates

Instructions

Step 1

-mix ingredients for the base

Step 2

-add the dough to a dish lined with parchment paper and press down

Step 3

-blend ingredients for the date caramel and add on top

Step 4

-freeze for 10 minutes and slice up

Step 5

-melt chocolate and cover the bars with the melted chocolate

Step 6

-garnish with peanuts

Step 7

-freeze again until hardened and enjoy
