Ingredients

2 tbsp syrup of choice

30g peanut butter

if needed splash of milk

big pinch of salt

100g dates

40g coconut flour

50g protein powder casein or vegan

1 tsp vanilla extract

20g powdered peanut butter

100ml syrup of choice or honey

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1

-mix dry ingredients for the base

Step 2

-add wet ingredients and mix again

Step 3

-if the dough is too try, add a splash of milk and mix again

Step 4

-add the dough to a dish lined with parchment paper and press down

Step 5

-blend all ingredients for the date caramel

Step 6

-add date caramel onto the base

Step 7

-melt 1/2 block of chocolate(50g) and add onto the date caramel

Step 8

-decorate with some chopped peanuts

Step 9

-freeze for 10 minutes and enjoy!!
