Ingredients

40g coconut flour

pinch of salt

60g powdered almond or peanut butter powder

3 tbsp almond butter or biscoff spread

1 tub caramel protein pudding or blended dates

lotus cookies

2 tbsp sugar free syrup or normal

60g protein powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Step 1

-mix ingredients for the dough and press the dough in a dish lined with parchment paper

Step 2

-add caramel protein pudding and cookies

Step 3

-freeze for 20 minutes

Step 4

-slice up and enjoy!!
