1 apple
1 egg or 1 flax egg
1 tsp baking powder
15g protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp yogurt
50g thick yogurt
1 tsp cardamom
30g flour
sweetener of choice
1 tsp cinnamon
pinch of salt
sweetener of choice
Instructions
Step 1
-slice up the apple like shown in the video
Step 2
-mix all ingredients for the batter
Step 3
-coat apple rings with the batter
Step 4
-add to a pan and fry for a few minutes from both sides
Step 5
-serve with the cinnamon dip and enjoy!
