Ingredients
pinch of salt
1 tbsp flax seeds
sweetener of choice if needed
40g oats
sweetener of choice

75g light cream cheese
1/2 tbsp custard powder or corn starch
125g yogurt
125ml soy milk
40g frozen blueberries
Instructions
Step 1
-mix ingredients for the oats and let them chill in the fridge overnight
Step 2
-the next morning prepare your cheesecake layer by mixing all ingredients for it and adding it on top of the oats
Step 3
-microwave your frozen blueberries
Step 4
-add custard powder and sweetener to your melted blueberries and blend until smooth
Step 5
-add blueberry jam onto the cheesecake layer
Step 6
-garnish with blueberries and almonds
Step 7
-enjoy!
