This is an amazing snack or dessert that is fresh and crunchy from the apple base and loaded with goodness from the yogurt and delicious toppings. Feel free to add other toppings you’d like!

Ingredients

2 tbsp or a large dollop nondairy yogurt of choice i like harmlessharvest

2 tbsp granola i make my own with a mixture of nuts dried fruit oats and cinnamon

1 hyphen 2 tbsp almond butter i like spreadthelove

a large pinch of chocolate chips enjoylifefoods

1 apple of choice i love pink ladies because they’re so crisp

Step 1

- slice up your apple. place a dollop of yogurt in the middle and sprinkle all other toppings. enjoy!
