4-INGREDIENT BISCOFF PASTRY SWIRLS

Ingredients

1 sheet puff pastry

½ cup caramel

1 cup biscoff spread

1 egg beaten

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.

Step 2

Lay the pastry out flat and spread evenly with biscoff. roll up into a log. if your kitchen is a bit warm and your pastry has softened too much, chuck it in the fridge for a few minutes. slice the log into 2cm sections and lay them out on a baking sheet. brush with egg and bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until the pastry turns golden.

Step 3

When the pastries are cooked, remove them from the oven and drizzle them with caramel.
