A creamy, healthy-ish Alfredo pasta that takes less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients
2 cup lettuce shredded
¼ cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic minced
½ cup hummus
½ punnet cherry tomatoes sliced
½ lemon juiced
2 chicken breasts cut into 1 inch cubes
¼ cup feta crumbled
1 tsp dill
½ cucumber grated
2 tbsp greek yogurt
¼ cup kalamata olives
1 clove of garlic minced
1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
4 pack of pita pockets
300 g frozen sweet potato chips
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the chicken, olive oil, garlic, lemon pepper seasoning and a large pinch each of salt and pepper. let marinate for 15 minutes or overnight in the fridge.
Step 2
Thread the chicken onto skewers and place on a baking sheet in a 200°c oven for about 20 minutes, flipping halfway. discard the marinade. place the frozen chips on another baking sheet and place them in the oven under the chicken to cook per package directions. alternatively chuck them in the air fryer at 200°c for 15-20 minutes, giving them a few shakes while cooking.
Step 3
Meanwhile, combine the tzatziki ingredients in a bowl and prep the rest of the toppings.
Step 4
To assemble, stuff/spread each pita with hummus, then lettuce and tomatoes. add the chicken, olives and feta. drizzle over the tzatziki and enjoy.
