A creamy, healthy-ish Alfredo pasta that takes less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients
½ cup spinach
1 cup honey
½ fresh jalapeno
1 block feta
¼ cup sesame seeds
olive oil
fresh dill
½ fresh red chilli
4 sheets filo pastry
Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl mash up the feta with a fork and add the wilted spinach. season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Lay flat a sheet of pastry and spray with olive oil. repeat until all four sheets are stacked on top of each other.
Step 3
Scoop 12 heaped teaspoons of the filling onto the pastry spacing them evenly apart.
Step 4
Cut out each square and fold the edges over to form little cubes of feta filled pastry. spray the tops with more olive oil and dip into sesame seeds. cook in the air fryer at 180c for 10-15 minutes.
Step 5
Spicy honey: gently heat the honey in a small saucepan over low-medium heat. add the chillis roughy chopped and stir. after a couple of minutes remove from the heat and take out the chillis.
Step 6
Sprinkle with fresh dill, drizzle with honey and enjoy.
