Ingredients

200ml coconut milk

1 cup tapioca pearls

1 ripe mango

Instructions

Step 1

Heat 4 cups of water in saucepan until it boils.

Step 2

Add tapioca pearls and cook 15-17 mins until translucent. drain using sieve and rinse under cold water.

Step 3

Blend mango with coconut milk and mix with cooked tapioca, let it chill for 2-3 hours or overnight
