MAPLE VANILLA LATTE

besides laying on the floor with amethyst on my forehead, this is currently another one of my remedies for stress and anxiety.

Ingredients

1 tbsp maple vanilla latte

splash of hot water

1 cup raspberries

1 cup cold soy milk

20g pistachios

Instructions

Step 1

Blend soy milk with half amount of raspberries until smooth.

Step 2

Mash the second part of the raspberries into a purée using a fork, put it on the bottom of the glass.

Step 3

Add 1 tbsp of latte to a splash of hot water, mix until fully dissolved.

Step 4

Pour soy-raspberry smoothie in a glass with purée, add maple-vanilla mixture from the top.

Step 5

Serve with fresh raspberries and pistachios.
