Vanilla latte meets almond butter If you love coffee and nut butters, then you need to make this ASAP.

Ingredients

300g almonds

1 tbsp instant espresso powder

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 180c. add the almonds to a baking tray and roast in the oven for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer the roasted almonds to a food processor and blitz until runny (this could take up to 10 minutes).

Step 3

Add the vanilla extract and espresso powder and blitz again for a few more minutes.

Step 4

Transfer to a jar and store in the cupboard.
