easyI have found my new favourite breakfast. It literally tastes like cake, but it’s good for you?? Everyone needs to make this ASAP.
Ingredients
15g dark chocolate chips or more
2 tbsp pumpkin purée
50g oat flour
cooking spray
1/2 tsp cinnamon
150ml soy milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
30g vanilla protein powder i use awesomesupps
1/2 banana mashed
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180c.
Step 2
Mix all the dry ingredients together (oat flour, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, baking powder and protein powder).
Step 3
Add the mashed banana, pumpkin purée and soy milk. mix together until smooth.
Step 4
Spray a baking dish with cooking spray, then transfer the mixture into the baking dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle over the chocolate chips, then bake in the oven for 20 minutes. enjoy!
