Meet my go-to, ultra hydrating, & immune boosting smoothie that I’ve been addicted to recently 🥵

Ingredients

splash of alo vera juice lemon juice & coconut water

4 coconut chunks

handful of spinach

a few mint leaves

ritual vanilla protein optional for a lil protein boost

1 banana

bee pollen

Instructions

Step 1

Blend all ingredients.

Step 2

Pour into a fun cup (bonus points if it’s a wine glass😎).

Step 3

Top with some bee’s pollen & mint leaves. enjoy !!!
