easyIts september 1st, which means we’re hard launching the fall recipes with my favorite fall treat
Ingredients
1.5 cup organic pumpkin puree
¼ cup almond milk
2 eggs
2 cup oat flour
2 tbsp cinnamon
¾ cup coconut sugar
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup maple syrup
2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
¼ cup chocolate chips
1 tsp baking soda
½ cup coconut oil
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 & grease
Step 2
1 loaf pan with nonstick spray. mix all ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. you should have a thick batter!
Step 3
Scoop the batter into the prepared pan & spread evenly.
Step 4
Top with allllll the chocolate chips your heart desires! bake for ~50 ish minutes. remove from oven & let cool for a few minutes before removing from pan. slice & enjoy!!
