easyname something better than a piece of chocolate chip banana bread on a fall morning (or literally any time of the day tbh) >>> ive used this v/gf recipe for years now (shoutout @emmamacdonald ) & I swear it just gets better every time!
Ingredients
20 grams chocolate chips
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda
3 grams teaspoon salt
½ cup coconut oil melted
1 tbsp cinnamon
¾ cup maple syrup
3 ripe bananas
1 cup gluten free flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup oats blended
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Line a bread pan with parchment paper or spray with oil.
Step 3
Blend your oats into an oat flour (you can just use pre bought oat flour, but i’m convinced it tastes better this way).
Step 4
Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl & mix until a batter forms.
Step 5
Add chocolate chips. pour batter into your bread tin & top with more chocolate chips.
Step 6
Bake for ~35-40 minutes. remove from oven & enjoy! 🤎
