PSA: apple pie oats are the perfect way to ring in the fall season🫶🏼

Ingredients

3 grams cinnamon

½ cup almond milk

½ cup oats

3 grams sea salt

25 grams protein powder

2 tbsp coconut oil

1 apple

Instructions

Step 1

Add all oats ingredients to a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes, taking them out halfway and stirring.

Step 2

While oats are cooking in the microwave, add apples, cinnamon, and coconut oil to a pan on stovetop.

Step 3

Cover the apples and let simmer for a few minutes, or until they’re soft and golden.

Step 4

Remove bowl from microwave & add the warmed apples to the top of your oats. top with more cinnamon & peanut butter! so so cozy & delish🤭
