was craving something sweet so I whipped up the these cookies with some of my favorite baking staples that I have at home & they turned out SO delish. I’m seriously addicted.

Ingredients

handful of chocolate chips

1/2 tsp baking powder

generous pinch of salt

handful of chopped walnuts or any nut

splash of vanilla

1/4 cup shredded coconut

1/4 cup vanilla protein powder ritual vanilla is my fav

1/2 cup coconut oil

1 cup coconut flour

1/2 cup oats

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup peanut butter

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. add all ingredients to a bowl. mix until a dough forms.

Step 2

Roll into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 3

Bake for ~12 ish minutes & enjoy!!
