VEGAN MATCHA-CHIA SEED BITES (CHEESECAKE)

something like «cheesecake», but not. i added less liquid part in chia seeds, than i usually add in regular pudding, and it turned into smooth and dense texture with little crust of chia seeds. 🌱 enjoy xx

Ingredients

1 small banana

3 tbs of chia seeds

1 tsp of oats

1 tsp of cocoa powder

2 tsp of matcha powder

2 tbs of desiccated coconut

120 ml of coconut milk

sweetener of your choice

basil

mango

Instructions

Step 1

For the base layer: mix all ingredients (1 small banana, 2 tbs of desiccated coconut, 1 tsp of oats, 1 tsp of cocoa powder, sweetener of your choice) together for the first layer, put it in mold (could be container lined with cling film).

Step 2

Mix coconut milk with matcha powder, add chia seeds, and put it on base layer.

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 4

Next is up to you: mango and some basil 🔛 🔝, for the sauce mix and heat matcha with coconut milk and sugar
