Ingredients

2 ripe peaches sliced

50g vegan butter soft

1 sheet of vegan puff pastry thawed

sugar to taste

simple syrup

80g crushed pistachios

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to the temperature recommended for your puff pastry (usually around 180°c or 350°f)

Step 2

Roll out the thawed vegan puff pastry sheet and cut it into rounds or any shape you want

Step 3

Place the pastry rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

Step 4

Mix soft butter with crushed pistachios and sugar to taste, spread it on the puff pastry, making it a couple of millimeters thick

Step 5

Arrange the sliced peaches on top and coat them with syrup

Step 6

Bake until golden brown (~15 mins)
