Now i know that Yorkshire puddings are supposed to be eaten with roasts and gravy. But god i love them with a nice mediterranean breakfast!!! It just goes so well but you must make a full try for each person because they finish in an instant !!!!!

Ingredients

3 eggs

1 tsp white pepper

100g all purpose flour

250ml milk

salt to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Mix the three eggs with the flour so no clumps form when you add the milk. add the salt and white pepper then gradually add the milk in batches while whisking. chill the mixture in the fridge for at least one hour up to 4 hours.

Step 2

Add veg oil in a cupcake tray about quarter way up and place in the oven on 200 c for 15 minutes or till piping hot. add the batter to the tray and fill each cup half way. place back in the oven on 200 c for 20-25 minutes or till golden brown. serve immediately while hot and enjoy !
