easyTandoori chicken just hits different especially when served with a delicious raita, some nice bread and lovely biryani rice!!! ( I prefer bread though) I used @capeherbandspice tikka tandoori seasoning to get that amazing tandoori flavor on the chicken. This was such a delightful meal and yes I finished it all by myself
Ingredients
yoghurt
garam masala
cucumber
cumin powder
tandoori seasoning
smoked paprika
chilli powder
red onion
salt
green chillies
lime juice
pepper
chicken thighs bite size
Instructions
Step 1
Start of by seasoning chicken thighs with salt, pepper, cumin powder, chilli powder, smoked paprika, garam masala, tandoori seasoning, yoghurt and lime juice. make sure you mix well.
Step 2
Add the pieces to a skewer
Step 3
Put in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 200 degrees and flip half way
Step 4
Chop and dice 1 red onion, cucumber, green chillis. add it to a bowl and add cumin, salt, yoghurt, and mix well. that's your sauce ready
Step 5
Serve with rice or a pitta, enjoy!
