Hydration Focaccia Bread

100% hydration focaccia, this is my second time making it and it is absolutely delicious! I love making sandwiches with it or just simply dipping it in olive oil and eating it by itself, its super crispy and the flavor of the roasted garlic is amazing!

Ingredients

10g salt

12g honey

rosemary

600g warm water

5g dry yeast

thyme

15g olive oil

600g of flour

garlic

Instructions

Step 1

Mix 600g of water with 5g of dry yeast.

Step 2

Add honey, flour, salt, olive oil and mix for 3-4 minutes.

Step 3

Cover for 20 minutes and repeat for 3-4 times. lift and fold for 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Cover and let it sit overnight

Step 5

In a baking tray, add baking paper and top with olive oil.

Step 6

Add the dough and spread it evenly. cover for 1 hour.

Step 7

Dice some rosemary, thyme and garlic.

Step 8

Poke your fingers into the dough and top with the seasoning

Step 9

Bake in the over at 220 degrees until golden brown on top
