Vietnamese noodles soup

This soup is so hearty and mild yet is packed with flavors, i love the finishing touch of the lime. It somehow combines it all together

Ingredients

1 tsp peppercorns

1 tsp all spice

1 tsp fish sauce

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp cinnamon powder

1 whole chicken

ginger sliced

1 tsp fennel seeds

1 onion

Instructions

Step 1

In a pot fill with water and submerge a whole chicken with onion, sliced ginger, cinnamon powder, fish sauce, fennel seeds, all spice and peppercorns. bring to a boil and remove the scum. boil for an hour on low heat.

Step 2

Shred the chicken

Step 3

In the same water, add noodles and cook

Step 4

Once cooked, plate with coriander and add additional stock
