rice paper

cucumber

firm tofu fried coated in cornstarch

red pepper

carrot

mango

Instructions

Step 1

Chop fresh veggies, prepare sticks of tofu, herbs, and noodles.

Step 2

Dip a rice paper in a cold water for 5 sec.

Step 3

Put filling and roll.
