I found those gigantic tiger prawns at the local fish market today and decided to throw them on the grill! (sorry for the bad lighting but i filmed later in the evening and the camera had a terrible focus ..) i butterflied the prawns isntead of peeling them because i love the flavor of the heads and the shells keep the meat nice and tender. The butter is very similar to the chimichurri recipe and it paired so well with the prawns, they were extremely sweet, juicy and delicious !!!

olive oil

salt

tiger prawns

chilli flakes

pepper

parsley

lemon

garlic

red vinegar

butter

Step 1

Butterfly your tiger prawns

Step 2

Chop some parsley finely and add lemon, garlic, olive oil, red vinegar, butter, salt, pepper, chilli flakes. add to a blender and blend.

Step 3

Get the bbq ready! add the prawns on top and baste with the butter sauce
