Crackers with green chilli hummus

This is a perfect snack between meals, low on carbs and very delicious, I usually serve it with an avocado or cream cheese but it paired so well with the hummus

Ingredients

2 tbsp psyllium husk

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

1/2 cup watermelon seeds

1/2 cup cold water

1/4 cup chia seeds

oregano

1/4 cup sesame seeds

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

salt

Instructions

Step 1

In a bowl add 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds, 1/2 cup of watermelon seeds, 1/4 cup of sesame seeds, 1/4 cup of chia seeds, 2 tbsp psyllium husk and salt

Step 2

Add oregano and any other herb you would like

Step 3

Mix in 1/2 cup of cold water. cover for 15-20 minutes

Step 4

Flatten into a baking tray. a very thin layer. bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees celsius

Step 5

Cut into squares and bake at 180 for 30 minutes

Step 6

Serve with green chilli hummus
