Banana Biscoff Chia Pudding

Breakfast and dessert all in one - this is one scrumptious recipe that is not only going to put you in a food coma, but is also very nutritious!

Ingredients

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup milk of choice

20g lotus biscoff spread

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 banana

1/2 tbsp honey/sweetener

Instructions

Step 1

Chop most of the banana into small pieces, saving some slices for layering as well if you want.

Step 2

Mix all the ingredients except biscoff spread together thoroughly. let rest in the fridge for a bit to set.

Step 3

Then add half of the pudding to a bowl/jar, layer with three remaining banana slices and add the remaining pudding on top.

Step 4

Melt the biscoff spread in the microwave for 20-30s and pour on top.

Step 5

Refrigerate for at least a couple of hours. enjoy!
