No-bake lotus biscoff cheesecake

Lotus biscoff spread and cheesecake are undeniably one of the greatest food combinations to exist. Everything about this dessert is utterly perfect, from the creamy cheesecake base to the lotus biscoff spread and crushed biscuits topping.

Ingredients

squeeze of lemon juice

2 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp sugar/sweetener

2 tbsp whipping/heavy cream chilled

1 lotus biscoff biscuit crushed

1 tbsp 2 tsp biscoff spread

Instructions

Step 1

Whip the cream, lemon juice and sugar until stiff peaks form.

Step 2

Add in the cream cheese and 2 tsp biscoff spread and fold in.

Step 3

Add to your ramekin/jar.

Step 4

Top with 1 tbsp biscoff spread and the crushed biscuit. refrigerate for at least a couple of hours. enjoy chilled!
