A creamy, healthy-ish Alfredo pasta that takes less than 30 minutes to make!

Ingredients
⅓ cup milk room temp
1 tsp ground ginger
½ tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 ¼ cups plain flour
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup brown sugar
¼ cup milk
1 egg room temp
1 tsp allspice
2 tbsp butter melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
¼ cup plain greek yogurt
¼ cup white sugar
1 tsp ground cardamom
½ cup salted butter
Instructions
Step 1
Grease a 6-cup doughnut pan or 12-cup muffin pan and preheat the oven to 180°c.
Step 2
Use a wooden spoon to combine the butter, milk, yogurt, egg, vanilla, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, chai spices and salt, mixing until just combined.
Step 3
Spoon the batter into a large zip-lock bag and snip a small chunk off the corner. pipe the batter into each doughnut cup, filling 1/2-2/3 the way full. bake for 10 minutes. remove and let cool for 5 minutes, then run a knife around the edges to release. invert the doughnuts onto a cooling rack.

To prepare the glaze, bring the sugar, salt, butter, and milk to boil in a small saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly. allow to boil for one minute, while stirring.
Step 6
Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla and continue stirring for 3 minutes until the glaze is cool enough to use.
Step 7
Dip each doughnut into the glaze, coating generously. enjoy!
