Lemon cheesecake oats

This unbelievably delicious combination of flavours is sure to satisfy a range of cravings, all the while qualifying for a pretty healthy and filling breakfast (if you like dessert for breakfast, that is).

Ingredients

1/2 banana mashed

1.5 tbsp cream cheese

1 tbsp powdered sugar/ sweetener

1/3 cup oats

1 tsp sugar/ sweetener

1/4 cup milk

1 tsp lemon juice

1 crushed digestive or any other plain biscuit

oats

1.5 tbsp yogurt any

2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together. you may blend the oats into oat flour if you want for a smoother, blended texture (that’s what i did).

Step 2

Combine all the ingredients except the biscuit together and mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Add on top of the oats and spread.

Step 4

Keep the oats in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours or overnight.

Step 5

Just before eating, top with the crushed biscuit (so it doesn’t get soggy) and enjoy!
