Ingredients
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp flour
2 tsp chocolate chips
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sugar/sweetener
1.25 tbsp cocoa powder
1.25 tsp butter melted
1 tbsp brown sugar/sweetener
tiny pinch of salt baking soda and baking powder

2 tbsp milk
1 tsp butter melted
1 tsp peanut butter substitute more butter
Instructions
Step 1
Mix the dry ingredients of the brownie layer together in a ramekin/ mug, then add to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly
Step 2
Mix the dry ingredients of the cookie layer together in another bowl, then add to the wet ingredients, mix thoroughly and add half of the chocolate chips, incorporate them in the batter
Step 3
Pour the cookie layer the brownie layer into a ramekin simultaneously at either sides and then top with the remaining chocolate chips
Step 4
Microwave for 1 minute or bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius
Step 5
Let cool for 5 minutes and enjoy warm
