Cakes aren’t for special occasions only. Celebrate any random day by making this absolutely scrumptious cake that will transport you to chocolate heaven.

Ingredients

2 hyphen 3 drops of vinegar optional

1.5 tbsp cream cheese

3 tbsp flour

3 tbsp milk

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1tbsp sugar/sweetener

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1.5 tbsp powdered sugar/sweetener

1/4 tsp baking powder

tiny pinch of salt & baking soda

2 tsp butter

Instructions

Step 1

Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly

Step 2

Microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds or bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees celsius

Step 3

Make the frosting by mixing all ingredients together and whipping it using a whisk

Step 4

Allow the cake to cool to room temperature before frosting it

Step 5

Either eat it immediately or you can refrigerate for a bit and enjoy cold - tastes great either way!
