These flatbreads are the best easy afternoon snack to enjoy with friends

Ingredients

3 rashers prosciutto

arugula handful

5 mini bocconcini balls

2 tbsp basil pesto

flatbread

Instructions

Step 1

Spread the pesto over the flatbread and load up with bocconcini.

Step 2

Back in the oven at 180c for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Top with prosciutto and arugula and enjoy!
