Ingredients
1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
1 and 1/2 cups flour
2 large eggs
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup farmer cheese softened
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
for the pumpkin caramel sauce
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup canned pumpkin puree
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 325°f
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, eggs, soften farmers cheese, pumpkin puree, vanilla, pumpkin spice, mix until smooth.

Seive in dry mix of flour, sugar and baking powder. mix until everything is fully incorporated.

Pour in 3 mini bundt cake pans or single big pan sprayed with oil.

Bake the cake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the center is just set.

Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool to room temperature.

While the cake is cooling, make the pumpkin caramel sauce. in a saucepan, heat sugar, cook until the sugar caramelizes and turns amber in color. carefully add the heavy cream to the caramelized sugar while whisking constantly.

Stir in the pumpkin puree one spoon at a time and stir until the sauce is smooth and thickened.

Let the pumpkin caramel sauce cool to room temperature and then drizzle it over the top of the pumpkin farmer cheese cake.
