Ingredients

1/3 cup whipping cream

2 tablespoons pumpkin puree

2 eggs

1/4 cup powdered sugar or to taste

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

powered sugar to sprinkle

1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice

1 cup full fat milk

4 hyphen 5 croissants or brioche bread slices

caramel sauce to drizzle

scoop of vanilla ice cream

Instructions

Step 1

Mix milk, cream, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin spice, powdered sugar, pumpkin spice nicely until no lumps are left.

Step 2

Pour this mixture over roughly cut croissants or brioche bread.

Bake at 325f for 40-45 mins.
